CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Beauty Boss Esthetics we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 🔔 Cancellation & Rescheduling • 48 Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 💳 Card on File • A valid credit/debit card is required to book an appointment. You will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated. ⏰ Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and consider it a late cancellation. 🤝 Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
